HR Training for Managers & Supervisors

To help TTUHSC leaders learn more about HR processes, the TTUHSC Division of Human Resources now coordinates several online training opportunities. With the exception of our self-paced Mastering the Hiring Workflow course, each of the following sessions is offered digitally by one of our HR Directors for those who are interested in gaining a better understanding of how to navigate HR-specific topics and administrative procedures. TTUHSC now utilizes an updated Team Member Performance Review process which includes a Team Member Self-Review and subsequent Supervisor review.
